I have tested the Augmented Reality app before but now the AR-button is missing in the original app. Normally the button ENTER AR is shown below the character.
I have updated the app in the app manager, but still the button is missing. Could you please check this?

I also get a white screen when I try to get to the puzzles. Does something need to be activated? In blender everything is set up just right for Verge3D
2022-11-23 at 7:39 am #58356Alexander KovelenovStaffHi, please check out and share the browser console as well as Blender console so we can figure out why it’s happening.

2022-11-23 at 11:26 am #58364Alexander KovelenovStaffThis is kinda unfortunate situation! Verge3D 4.2 pre 3 introduced a bug which prevents export of compressed or non-standard images. You have the following options then:
1) return back to 4.1 stable, then perform the update of the AR app to fix the issue with the missing button.
2) wait several days for 4.2 stable – going to release it in the beginning of next week.
Good news is that in the future these kinds of issues will be no more since we just switched to the new Asset Store which separates demos for stable and pre versions of Verge3D.

2022-12-31 at 2:11 pm #59295visionCustomerIs there any news on this missing “enter” button?
I need this to build a AR app for a customer.Edit: I downdloaded 4.2, still button missing
2022-12-31 at 4:30 pm #59298kdvParticipantIt’s your browser individual issue. AR buttons are on their places, visible and they don’t depend on the Verge3D version at all. They are just HTML elements on the page.
Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.
If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.
2023-01-02 at 8:57 pm #59341visionCustomerI have now tried different browsers, Firefox, Edge, Chrome. No button in any of these browsers.
And as you say, its a simple button and it is present in de code.
Therefore it should be visible in any browser.I want to use the AR, where is the AR “enter” button?
Anybode else experiencing this problem? No Enter button in the Augmented Reality app?
2023-01-02 at 9:05 pm #59343kdvParticipantdo you use some kind of an ad block system on your desktop? did you test the AR demo on phones? did you test the AR demo on some other desktop/laptop? do you test the AR demo from soft8soft.com or locally? if locally, did you make any changes in puzzles? do you see the AR button here https://v3d.net/9e4?
