    Hello Experts,

    I have a configurator working for desktop computer/laptops. All seems to be fine. But it loads and renders a white frame for tablets and mobile.

    Can any one check the link above and please point me out in the right direction to solving it. I remember it used to open ok on phone when i was initially building it

    Dear Yuri,

    You definitely pointed out the problem correctly as app renders perfectly if opened directed instead of from the iframe.

    Can you please refer a bit more specifically where to look for the mobile setting in Google web designers to solve this? I cant seem to find anything to resolve this.

    Your observation is correct as i can open the link directly but not through embedded iframe.

    Can you please point out more specifically where to look for the mobile setting in GWD as i was able to find nothing in this regard.

    I am unfortunately not very good with GWD, and also this tool has its problems. We recommend using Weblow for all the UI.

    Dear Yuri,

    Can you please look at this once again since its opening when the phone is in horizontal position and not appearing when opened in vertical state. This is very strange i found it out accidently
