    I’m in industrial(engineering). For the model builder, SketchUp is popular. So any plan to build on other 3D platforms?

    We actually have plans to eventually support SketchUp withing our Verge3D framework to allow SketchUp users for creating 3d web experiences using their favorite editor.

    So I think once we accumulate enough resources we’ll definitely move in this direction.

    Would you like to disclose when will be available for it?
    As you know, blender is not suitable for complicated industrial model creation. SketchUp has many extensions for engineering design. If it will be available recently, I will wait for it and start to practice on SketchUp.

    I cannot say anything about timing, but your suggestion is duly noted. By the way, did you try the 3ds Max version of Verge3D? This Autodesk’s suite is widely used by engineers.

    3ds Max is easier to use than blender? If so I will transfer to it.

    What tool is easier to use is debatable and depends on the task. Anyway, it doesn’t hurt to try it. :)
