    I managed to add line breaks to the “content” on the form but I have been unable to add them the emails that are sent. See attached.

    Hi, in order to place custom content to the order email please edit the order_email_body.php template and place to your WordPress theme directory as described in the user manual.

    For example, you can place multiline content by using the textarea HTML field.
