    Hi,

    We have created a testing model and we are facing with ‘500:Internal Server Error”. We are using Blender. Few of our models previously did not give this error but now even after multiple attempts, it stops after some % of publishing.

    Please do help us in understanding the problem.

    Hi,

    After our model is finished (puzzle), when we click “publish on web using Verge3d network” in the app manager, we are getting this error. Please find the attached image for your reference.

    We tried uploading it multiple times, still could not resolve. We are exploring the Verge3D software.

    I see. Please send us a screenshot of the Blender console window (taken when the crash happened) and the project archive. We’ll try to reproduce this issue on our side.

    Go to Window=>Toggle Window Console

    I had this error “500:Internal Server Error” when I try to insert video code into .js and it corrupted the Verge3D build, delete it and create a new project.
