    use 3dmax open fb_max.max file,click menu sneak peek ,then,web inside model lost texture

    You mean it lost after placing as facebook 3d post or after sneak peak. Can you also share a screenshot of the browser console?

    3D max version: 2019-SimplifiedChinese;
    Verge3D version: 2.11 and 2.12.0pre2;

    We are not reproducing this with the English version. Any chance to try if the English version of 3ds Max works for you?

    I have used blender-SimplifiedChinese，No problem at the moment
