ParticipantHello,
I’m using the Verge plugin to add a shortcode to my page, which is displayed as an iframe (attached for reference). However, I’m facing an issue: my color change buttons are not working. Interestingly, when I open the same content as a regular HTML page (without embedding it as an iframe), the color combination buttons work perfectly.
Why might the buttons not be working when the content is embedded via shortcode? I wrote the buttons directly in the HTML code.

ParticipantDo you have any ideas on how to solve this? If you click on the demo review button in the link I sent, it works fine there.

ParticipantHi, On the puzzle of all element click events, simply uncheck the parent doc, because you wrote the button element to the project HTML, not the parent-child document relationship

ParticipantThank you for your interest and help. But I think I didn’t explain my problem well. I uploaded my project to the Verge plugin. Then I put the short code given to me https://www.inegoltasarim.com/3d-urun-konfiguratoru/ on this page and the product variations don’t work here. But when I click on the URL given to me by the Verge plugin (https://www.inegoltasarim.com/wp-content/uploads/verge3d/616/Ofischi.html), everything works correctly. I can also integrate e-commerce, it works without any problems, but when I take the short code and display it in a plain page, the variations don’t work. Can you guide me?

ParticipantHello!
Is there a way to upload a new app folder to an existing Verge3D Application in the wordpress plugin? I am choose files and click upload, and the upload completes, but the Verge3D app attatched to the product isn’t updated.
Thanks

Hi,
this appears to have nothing to do with WooCoommerce puzzle not working properly (caused by the fact that the page does not appear to be a conventional Woo product page). The reason why clicks are not working is the “in parent doc” checker in your event puzzles. It should be disabled.

Looks like it’s the browser cache preventing you from loading updated info. Open the console and reload the page to clear it.
