    Hi! Quick question.

Is there a way to designate an object(s) in a 3D scene to render on top of all others, regardless if they are occluded by/ intersecting other objects in the scene? Similar to the “in front” Blender viewport property or “z-index” in css property.

I played around with the object’s v3d “Render Order”, but it didn’t seem to get me what I’m after (unless I’m messing up somewhere…seems to be more applicable to reflections/ refractions).

Disable Depth Test in the material settings for this object.

Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.

If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.

Also try to enable HiDPI Compositing in Blender Object Property, Verge3d Rendering Option.

Actually, that’s a bug of HiDPI rendering when objects are rendered without the depth test.
