    Something isn’t working when exporting to Verge 3D. The wall texture appears to be different.

    .

    Any suggestions?

    Can you post you shader nodes? It might be related to an incompatible node.

    Well, cant say with any certainty but I would start with detaching everything associated with your BSDF Normal Node.
    The Relevo Node..I am guessing is what we term a Bump Node..and if so that is not supported.

    After detaching I would then re-export and see if the base color appears or if you get the same effect.

    If the base color appears then I would re-attach one node at a time and see where the issue is.

    Try to set exact UV you want to be used in the texture.
