If I use the transparent background option then I get a black background in screenshots and full-screen options. If I disable transparent background then it makes background black during the preloader (loading). Do you guys know why it is happening like this and what is the solution for this? Thanks.

For screenshots, you should turn on the option “enable screenshots”

2020-12-27 at 5:16 am #36907arslankhanCustomerand if I remove preloader puzzle and disable transparent background then it will not show any black background
2020-12-27 at 10:13 pm #36909arslankhanCustomer@Yuri did you find out why its happening?
2020-12-28 at 7:30 am #36913Yuri KovelenovStaff2020-12-28 at 11:05 pm #36932arslankhanCustomerYuri, I don’t think its a GWD issue, because I have used pure css, html, and native JavaScript without GWD but it is still showing the same behavior.
2020-12-28 at 11:09 pm #36933arslankhanCustomerEvery thing works fine with out preloader puzzle and transparent background disabled, but to use my custom preloader I have to use preloader puzzle, is there any other way I can remove default preloader without using preloader puzzle.
2020-12-29 at 6:18 am #36938Mikhail LuzyaninStaffYou want to completely remove preloader without adding your custom preloader? you can just but some div with white background over iframe and hide it when it loaded. Or just set for .v3d-simple-preloader-logo and .v3d-simple-preloader-bar css styles Display to None.

2020-12-30 at 5:33 am #36953arslankhanCustomerThanks @Mikhail for this solution, I am looking for same solution.
I have tried to change the css style Display to none for .v3d-simple-preloader-logo and .v3d-simple-preloader-bar, but it did not work for me.
Can you please guide me how can I achieve this. I have attached photo of my puzzles used for this task. Thanks.Attachments:
