    Hello dear v3d developers, please help, I tried everything I can, but still, my WooCommerce has an empty image instead of Verge3D frame (see attached pic)

    I’ve prepared everything according to this tutorial https://www.soft8soft.com/making-3d-product-configurator-for-woocommerce/
    but my WeeCommerce product can’t attach Verge3D’s iframe.

    I searched the forum and found something related:

    Blank image on WooCommerce


    but this doesn’t work for me.

    Maybe something in WooCommerce overlays the place for 3D? Any Ideas? Thank you!!!

    For testing purposes, I use your original “spinner.html” app, still no results and an empty image frame instead of 3D in the product page

    Hi Yuri,

    Yes it has uploaded without problems and works well (spinner.html v3d app works perfectly on the server) – but for some reason WooCommerce Product can’t catch it, even after I added it via Verge3d Option in WooCommerce product settings

    I see. If you try the standard WordPress theme, will it work for you?
