    I haven’t purchased anything yet so I have zero experience with Verge.

    Take a product configuration app for example. Can Verge generate some type of emailed list of products the user selected in the app, after configuring their product?

    For example the desk/table example in the made with section. The user selects the size of the table, materials, etc.. Can that “list” be simply emailed instead of integrated with eCommerce back-end?

    yes, you can use Verge3D WordPress plugin that can email orders. Please take a look at the Ring and Recliner applications.
