You need to be able to edit the scale value for bones (For a mesh, it doesn’t fit because you need to change exactly the bones, for example, the waist_thickness bone for the waist, accordingly the scale change should change the shape of the mesh).
I found a project in the English-speaking forum where the position of the bones changes. I tried to do this too, but it does not work, I collected a project where there is a part of the found project and a part of mine. In it, the bones on the found change, but on mine in no way, I compared the parameters of the reinforcement, mesh, position in the blender (blender version 2.80.71)
